On-going Tender Design and Construction Projects

Kingsfield provides technical CAD drafting / BIM modeling services for disciplines in different phase of project development, like:

in accordance with customer’s needs. Completing over 1,000 projects and more than 250,000 drawings gives Kingsfield solid experience to handle different kinds of projects.

3D BIM Architecture, Structure and MEP Modeling

Kingsfield provides 3D BIM Modeling Services by using software including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, , 3ds Max, Maya, and Lumion, Fuzor and more. We are also fully capable of producing high quality rendered images for presentation, simulation for visualization of construction method and sequence, and animation to help clients understand their projects before or during construction.

With strong E&M knowledge and sound experience in CSD Co-ordination, our 3D model(s) can be helpful in various stages of projects.


Facilities Management and Space Planning

Kingsfield performs an Existing Facilities survey to your premises recording the information in CAD format for use as:

  • a basis for your Facilities Management organisation / documentation.
  • a basis for Space Planning and analysing the efficient use of your building layout.

Existing CAD Files Edited

Kingsfield amends or updates your existing CAD files according to your needs:

  • Architectural or Building Services plans brought up to AS-BUILT.

Existing Paper Drawings convert into CAD

Kingsfield accurately transfers your existing paper drawings into CAD computer format bringing your projects up-to-date and allows modern communication of information, scanning and vectorization services are also available.
